Reservations
ROOM RENTAL
–6 rooms (holds approximately 40 people)
–2 double rooms (holds approximately 75-80 people)
–1 kitchen
–$10 per hour for a minimum of 3 hours
–$25 cleaning deposit (if serving food)
Refunded once room is clean
–$20 per hour employee fee if you reserve after hours
–Tables and chairs are available
GYM RENTAL
–Front Gym – $100 deposit (Refunded after event is cleaned and no damage)
Back Gym - $75 deposit (Refunded after event is cleaned and no damage)
–Front Gym – $100 per hour for a minimum of 3 hours
Back Gym - $75 per hour for a minimum of 3 hours
–$25 per hour set up/break down
–$20 per hour employee fee if reserved after hours
–$25 per hour security guard (when specified by Park and Recreation)
–Maximum capacity is 764
–Special rules, regulations, and fees apply to boxing, karate, wrestling, kick boxing, tough man competitions, mixed martial arts, cage fighting.
PAVILION RENTAL
–Open April through October
–Pavilion 1,2,3 (small)
$20 from 8am-2pm or 2pm-8pm
$25 from 8am-8pm
–Pavilion 4 (large)
$25 from 8am-2pm or 2pm-8pm
$30 from 8am-8pm
–$5 Key Deposit
For restrooms and light box
Refunded when key is returned within a week.

POOL RENTAL
PRIVATE PARTY
–$70 deposit
Make within 3 days of reservation
Refunded at end of party when concession/pool deck is clean and nothing is broken or damaged.
–$60 per hour before 6pm
$75 per hour after 6pm
–$20 per hour per lifeguard
1 lifeguard per 10 people in pool and on pool deck
PUBLIC PARTY
–1-6pm $3 per person for 12 or more people
7-9pm $2 per person for 12 or more people
–Only get 2 pinic tables and they are at a first come first serve basis. This is due to a limited number of tables.
–Only reserve 2 parties per day from 1-6pm and 7-9pm.
–Must call to make reservations at 256-751-0665.
