- Planning Commission: Second Tuesday of the Month (4:30 PM)
- Board of Zoning Adjustment: Last Monday of the Month (4:30 PM)
- Downtown Design Review Board: Last Thursday of the Month (4:30 PM)
Review/Submittal Fees
- Subdivision/Consolidation Certificates: $100
- Major Subdivision Layout Plan: $100 + $5 Per Lot
- Major Subdivision Engineering (Preliminary) Plan: $300 + $10 Per Lot + Certified Mailing
- Major Subdivision Final Plat or Replat: $100 + $5 Per Lot
- Commercial or Multi-Family Site Plan: $300
- Annexation and Rezoning: $750
- BZA Variance or Appeal: $50
- Downtown Design Review: No Charge
