Vacation and Sick Leave

All regular full-time employees accrue vacation and sick leave on an active pay period basis. The amount of accumulated vacation time you receive each year depends on the employee's consecutive length of service with the City. Accruals begin at date of hire. 

Retirement 

The City of Hartselle is a member of the Employees’ Retirement Systems of Alabama (RSA). All full-time must contribute to the retirement system. There are additional supplemental retirement options available as well.
